Excellent lab technician, caring and reliable primary care providers. While waiting for labs can be slow at times, due to lines, the lab staff are excellent especially the person who does blood draws.

Well, like any Emerson practice, theyre rife with errors and frustration. The front desk doesnt communicate well with the providers. No one answers any messages on the portal. And the front desk is COMPLETELY maskless. I take much pride in wearing a mask, and there are half a dozen signs that patients must wear them, so why arent any of the front desk staff wearing them?

I am floored that the front desk staff at Dr Sid Pains office is allowed to be completely maskless, despite at least 5 signs throughout the office urging patients to mask up. This is unacceptable.

I am a newer patient hitting my second year with Dr Pani and he's fantastic! He is very thorough and even takes the time to talk to you about any cares or concerns. The best part is he schedules your next appointment, no need to try and get anyones attention at the front desk (because you would probably need an hour just for that). It could just be me I seem to always talk to Julia whom would rather do anything except her job?!? The last time it took her forever to fax my refill scripts and I ended up in ER...
