After years and years of putting off going to the dentist after a traumatic experience with my wisdom teeth removal I was introduced to Sudbury Dental. The issues with my mouth compounded over time. I eventually threw in the towel once the pain became literally unbearable. Sudbury Dental took me in the very next day to do xrays and give me a consultation on the next steps. I was offered by the dentist for her to stay late and pull the problem tooth that day. I refused as I understand the want to exceed your clients expectations and how much that can impact home life. We rescheduled for Monday while being offered to return Saturday (My consult was on Friday) If the pain was too much to bear. I was able to hold out until Monday where I was greeted and treated like the most important patient, as was everyone else with an appointment that day. It was a long process of getting a tooth pulled and I believe six cavities being filled. All was done in the time span of three hours with multiple breaks offered. It was painless and I felt comfortable the whole time. I was only given the neccessary amount of novocaine, I mention this because at one point with the jazz playing and the comfortability of the operation I found myself struggling to stay awake! Great work from the whole team. Highly recommend for those afraid to go to the dentist. One day post operation and only slight swelling with no pain!

Dr. Ronnie Du and her entire team were great - they are kind and professional. I was a new patient with the clinic. The doctor identified the issues with my teeth and came up with treatment options quickly. The hygienist did fantastic job cleaning my teeth thoroughly. Communication and scheduling are super easy and clear with the front desk personnel. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to going back again for check-ups and treatments!

I've been a Dr. Du's patient for many years. Words can't say enough how amazing Dr. Du is in spirit and in her work. I was very impressed with her passion, knowledge and professionalism. She consulted with me about my dental history to ensure that she is aware of everything necessary for a successful outcome. Not only did I have much healthier teeth, I came away from the clinic with a better understanding of how to take care of my teeth. She understands the importance of details when it comes to dental care, which is why she is so effective at her job. She also enjoys acting as a resource to me for areas in which she is considered an expert. Her professionalism and desire to get the job done right make her the kind of asset that makes everyone around her better at what they do. I wholeheartedly would recommend Dr. Du. She's that good!
