My son attended WoodsEdge from the time he was 11 months old until he was 3.5 years old. Our experience was wonderful and the only reason we stopped attending was due to the distance from our home and jobs. We miss them and our son still talks about his teachers and misses them greatly. The teachers always give a lot of one-on-one attention to the kids and take them outside on the expansive playgrounds every chance they get- the chicken coop with both chickens and peacocks were a huge hit as well! Highly recommend this daycare!

WoodsEdge Children's Center brings together modern preschool pedagody, enrichment, a dual language program, and a supportive atmosphere that has helped both my children blossom. Their staff are warm and supportive while helping to provide structure that is essential to surviving parenthood generally, but toddlers specifically. They have a rich curriculum and several playground areas based on age, while maintaining a priority on safety. I am so grateful we found them when my oldest was an infant, and would recommend them to any parent of young children. Extra bonus- they have chickens and peacocks!

We have had a very positive experience at Woodsedge! It is very hard to send your baby off to daycare for the first time, and the staff at Woodsedge were incredibly loving welcoming, and supportive during the transition and beyond. Woodsedge prioritizes getting the kiddos outside multiple times each day (which is no small feat with tiny humans ) and this was very important to us. We love the daily updates and photos and our little one is thriving!

We are so happy with the care and attention our daughter has received at WoodsEdge. The programs are well thought-out and the care is great. One of our main interests was the outdoor aspects - frequent walks for infants and the outdoor play and exploration for toddlers - it's proved to be every bit of what we had hoped.

Administration is terrible. High turnover rate, due to lack of caring for their staff! They gave away a teachers classroom who was away on maternity leave. She was a teacher who had been their the longest and with seniority. Although not illegal, as they had a job waiting for her return, she was told she was not able to return on her slated date because they were moving her and classroom was not open. She expressed she did not want to be in that room & was told that bc they had enrolled a child that ONLY spoke mandarin she was unable to be in HER classroom and needed to be moved. The treated their cultural values to a higher degree than the schools original value. The values that families enrolled their children because of. They implemented a immersion program for children and it WAS NOT optional they said all children had to explore Mandarin class. This was not these children first language and if families wished to decline they were bombarded with why they NEEDED to allow children to partake. Families began removing their children due to turnover and being forced into these programs and philosophies. The administration only began hiring MandariN speaking staff & other people already employed became outsiders. When maternity leave teacher returned she witnessed staff that was abusive to children, telling them to shut up, and slapping hands. She was continually belittled by staff in infant room for not nursing her child (which was not her plan she wished to but it was something she was unable to do) this school is highly unprofessional and management is terrible! I would not send my kids here if it was FREE
