        Promised that some issues with the car would be resolved pre-delivery and they were not. Thumping noise which could be a safety issue not resolved and now no one wants to take my calls. Car given to me with a rejection sticker. I was told the car was detailed and there are stains inside. Once the deal was done it seems like I dont matter anymore. Second bad experience at a chambers bmw dealership. Sad

        Very happy with the service I received here leasing my new vehicle. Jorden P was knowledgeable and able to find me what I was looking for. Joe D in finance made the paper work process quick and straightforward.

        I have purchased a number of cars over the years from several different Herb Chambers dealerships. I keep going back because they consistently have treated me well. My purchase this week from BMW of Sudbury is no different. I got a great deal, in a timely fashion, with minimal pressure. My salesman was Evan, and my finance manager was Joe. Both were great guys, down to earth and easy to talk to. As a woman going into a dealership alone, I am always ready to be treated differently than a guy would be, but my experiences at the Herb Chambers dealerships have always been very positive. I picked up my car after work yesterday (Wednesday) after deciding last Thursday that I was ready for a different car. Herb Chambers locations have always made it just that easy for me. I drive a ton of miles (35k/yr) and usually find myself wanting a fresh vehicle every 2 or so years and usually as a sudden decision. I have never been disappointed! Thanks Evan! Thanks Joe! Thanks Herb!
