Bank of America Financial Center

Worst branch and now closed on Saturdays. This just started recently around the holidays. BOA is the worst, yet the only bank nationwide. The only thing worse about this branch is the ATM across the street that never works. UPDATE: Love that BOA responded but didn't bother to read the last line the ATM across the street is always broken or has a line into the road.

One of the worst branches I have been to. I walked in to do a wire transfer and was told to take a seat. I was the one customer in the branch and there were 6 employees plus 1 Merrill Lynch employee in the branch. I was told by the manager that I need to make an appointment and come back at another time because one of the employees had a meeting in 30 mins so couldn't help me. The other 5 employees apparently were not available for some reason. Terrible service, I have been a BOA customer since 2000 and am not reconsidering given this interaction. If you are a BOA customer, find another branch. Seems to be consistent with the other reviews related to being rude and indifferent.

Problem is the Bank no longer gets it. People go to the bank to interact get their business done either by necessity or want. But if the bank does respond to the comments they usually say: Please connect with our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter. That response is clearly the opposite of what most customers going to the bank want. They want a face or for someone to personally help them. They do not want to go online or go to Twitter thats why they went in person to the bank, but the bank already knows that while they still try to push people out of the bank and force them to use online banking. Sad.

Awful customer service, waiting time always 20 minutes or longer. Waiting in line you are always asked by a bank rep why you here for but they can never help unfortunately. Yesterday they were 6 customers in front of me, two ladies walking around asking if they can help to tell you then, that they can't help and one poor cashier had to handle everything. Really frustrating every time! And no, I don't need to talk to your customer service, so please spare your auto-reply under my review.
