    I have nothing but great things to say about this community. I lived there for 6 years before moving out this past weekend. Maintenance is always prompt and extremely kind. The leasing staff are helpful, compassionate and personable. They throw a lot of fun events, and have some unique food trucks that come through. The units are beautiful, new and welcoming. The pool is a fun addition as well as the grills. The location could not be more perfect for food options, grocery or to even grab a drink. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

    Lost hot water before a court appearance about two weeks ago. The cause was a glitch w new hot water heaters that have just been installed. Chris (last name unknown) responded on the emergency line and fixed the problem within an hour so I could get a warm shower before court

    Avalon Sudbury has THE BEST maintenance team!!! They are prompt, polite, responsive, and really know what they are doing! Plus, they never leave a mess behind. I've gotten quite spoiled!!!

    My wife and I have been living at Avalon Bay in Sudbury for a year. We love it here!! The entire staff are amazing, the community is kept in pristine condition. A BIG shout out to the maintenance staff, what a team. Their work is exceptional and they respond so quickly to maintenance requests. Most times within minutes and always follow up after completion.
