The Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing

I have lived at the Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing for nine months. It seems to be a safe place to live and is a great place to call home. The apartments are in a great area a beautiful neighborhood with wooded surroundings and trails. The office staff (Andrew, Bryan and Debra) and the maintenance crew (Mark and Ryan) always greet you with a smile and are responsive to ones needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. People are friendly and the apartment complex has many great features. Very pet oriented complex, love that there are so many dogs here for mine to play with. The property has a 96% occupancy which I think says a lot for the property and the staff that is here to represent it. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this community.

The apartments themselves are well-maintained, offering a comfortable and modern living space. The community amenities are a definite plus, providing a great balance between relaxation and recreation. Bryan's exceptional customer service truly sets this place apart. Residing at The Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing has been an outstanding experience. Without a doubt, this is the finest residence I have ever leased. The amenities offered here are of the highest quality, and the location is ideal. However, the most exceptional element of living here is the personnel. They are all extremely cordial, welcoming, and accommodating, particularly Bryan and Mark. The community is also very welcoming, and they always organize social gatherings for everyone to partake in and relish. I truly recommend The Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing to anyone seeking an exceptional place to reside.

Bryan Decker, one of the leasing agents, is exceptionally approachable and helpful. He always has a positive attitude, is very committed to organizing social events and really appreciates the dog community. When I initiated my lease, he was very responsive and helped move the process forward.
