UNO Pizzeria & Grill

Paid for a family pickup order. Waited in parking spot for over 20 minutes after order said it was ready. Decided to go in to ask for time frame for when our food would be ready. Was ignored by all staff for 10 minutes. Random employee comes over and asks what I am waiting on. Tell her name on order and she turns around and goes oh guess it was right here the whole time. Hands me order and I go on my way. Get home, food is barely cooked and cold. Appetizer ordered had barely any bread to go with side it was with. Also both cheeseburger meals came with only a few french fries. Absolutely disgusted because I used to come here weekly. Everybody on staff was exclaiming how confused they were and wondering what to do next.

We got a Chicago Classic Pizza. The top side crust was hard as a rock,and the bottom crust was hard. I won't be going back to that UNO restaurant again.

Odered a burger and crisp chicken salad. Long wait. About 15 or twenty minutes in I was told we were waiting on the chicken strips. Server never came over during that time to refresh drinks. Over 30 minutes in, I got up to speak to server. She said she get a manager. No one came. She finally brought meals. Burger was barely warm, but we accepted it. The salad looked like it had been sitting. Still no refresh of drinks. A young man came over to apologize and offer free dessert. We declined. Server brought a hot coffee, but had to ask young man for cream. Server didnt bring it with coffee. Their explanation was it was change of shift. Young man said he'd ask to have something taken off the bill, so obviously he was not the manager, who would not come out or wasnt there. It was not a busy time, it was 2 pm or so. Also noticed someone come in with crutches, and the hostess walked them around the bar and sat them in the furtherest and last booth, passing the first booth and others which were empty. No consideration.
