        We were very comfortable at this hotel. The service was especially good: We had made 2 separate reservations for our family, and when Payton at the front desk realized that we had been given rooms in different buildings, she immediately found us rooms that were right across the hall from one another. It made a huge difference in our stay during Thanksgiving! We also really liked the complimentary tea / coffee / orange-flavored water, and the swimming pool. The location in a strip mall area isn't ideal for taking a walk near the hotel, but is convenient for getting on the local highways. Thank you Payton and Comfort Inn team!

        The pool is a great idea but it kind of sucks. It's extremely loud so anyone with injury issues should avoid going. For some reason the way it's set up echoes a ton. Also the handicap pool chair doesn't work my sister went to use it for my neice and nothing on it worked and it wouldn't budge.

The Woman you encountered that you thought was a manager, was actually a front desk employee and that entire situation was addressed immediately on Monday morning.
