Brought my son for cleaning. Once I was one on one with the Dentist, she was about to present us with options but because I looked past her she got upset and asked if I was even listening. Which I replied I am listening, Im standing less than 2 ft away from you. She then replied she was feeling uncomfortable with my presence and maybe it wasnt the right place for us. I had zero issues with any of her other staff, which makes me believe she personally had an issue with my appearance, being a Latino with tattoos. SO immediately I replied, youre right its not. She still tried to present the options afterwards claiming to be professional about the situation but I took my son and left. In my opinion: Power trip, unprofessional and unprovoked.

Dr Hhet takes good care of my son's teeth and my son had two cavities at his cleaning. She did phenomenal work and she saved me time so I didn't have to come back in.

My first appointment here was the worst. They yelled at me and all and they always threatened like like listen. I have to get this done you were staying here until you do what we tell you.

We had the most wonderful experience with our 3 year old son who other practices gave up on, but Dr. Htet and her team were extremely understanding and kind. I was anxious as my son is prone to tantrums and I didn't know how the procedure would go. But it was beyond my expectations, the team were able to calm him down and comfort him for the sedation. And he came out with a smile and balloons! I highly recommend this place.
