I do not recommend this place to anybody. They didn't open up on time at 7:30am. Service Writer/Front Desk Associate didn't open up the place until 7:55. Then said the technicians don't show up until 8:00am and I was there until 8:33am waiting for a ride. They said the car would be done in a couple of hours. It was 11:15am and still no call. So I called and they said my car was done at 10:30am. I asked why I never received a call about it. They seemed very confused or frustrated to answer my question. After leaving and getting service had 4 new tires installed on my car. My car had a terrible vibration coming from the back of the car. They never balanced my rear tires. The old weights where still on the wheels never saw new weights .

I called and made an appointment to get my brakes repaired on the company work truck. They told me to bring it in as soon as I could to make sure they could get the parts and get it repaired before the weekend. So I missed 1/2 a day of work on Friday and dropped it off. They said they would call me as soon as it was done. Saturday afternoon came and no call. So i called them. The person who answered said yeah its been done since yesterday actuallyok thanks for letting me know!. Anyways, I get the keys and paperwork and head home. The newly repaired brakes were pretty squeaky and didnt feel very good on the brake pedal but I chalked it up to them being new and finished driving home and parked the truck till Monday. I got in the truck Monday morning and same thing, pretty squeaky and didn't feel very good. I went to work anyway hoping the brakes just needed to break in a bit. Tuesday morning I get in the truck and head out to work and shortly after getting on the expressway my brakes failed to work and every brake related safety light on my dashboard lit up. I narrowly managed to cut across traffic and get off the expressway and very slowly return home with the truck. Brakes are nearly non existent at this point. The pedal goes to the floor and it struggles to stop even at 5 mph. I call our company fleet manager and request a tow to have it brought back to Monro. From Tuesday morning until today (Friday) they have not done anything to my truck. When I called on Wednesday they told me they requested more repairs(a brake line flush) from our company fleet service company but were denied. I was told they were denied the flush and were working to manually bleed the lines but it was hard because the truck was so big(chevy express van) Thursday and still not done, Friday still not done. They said they were hoping Saturday they could get it done. So basically I brought it in for brakes. They charged our fleet account alot of money and failed to fix the brakes but want more money to fix what they were supposed to originally fix. And they are claiming they need to bleed the brakes which would be part of any brake job if the hydraulic lines were disconnected. When asked why its taking so long they say we are short staffedand have other customers. So the fact that I was already a customer that they failed to repair and is now put on the back burner because they were already paid yet denied to be payed more is pathetic. So please stay far away from this place Monro in Stoughton Ma. Especially if you value your life and brakes are important to you! Worst customer service ever!!! Not to mention they almost got me or someone else injured or worse killed when the brakes went out. Updateso they finally called to say my truck was ready after the second attempt of fixing the brakes. So I went got the keys and got in and tested what they considered was all set So the brakes sounded better, meaning no more squeaking or grinding however the pedal had little to no brake in it. The pedal was all the way to the floor before the brakes even started to work. I contacted our fleet manager and told him the situation and that I was not comfortable bringing it back to Monro Stoughton a third time. So in order for monro to fix the brakes under their warranty I am now bringing it to a different Monro. Ill review that monro in a separate review.
