My wife and I just purchased our first home with the help of Howard and the Continental team. Howard was very easy to work with and took the time to walk us through the entire process, step by step, while answering every question we had (and we had a lot of them!). We felt like we were in great hands during the entire process and really enjoyed the personal experience Continental provided. When we were about to close there was a lot of uncertainty regarding interest rates and Howard went above and beyond to keep us informed and made sure we locked in the best possible interest rate before they continued to go back up. We cannot recommend Howard and Continental Funding enough!
