        I have been a customer here for a long time. I have been visiting here every weekend. I came today to buy some coffee and muffins, however the total price is not what I usually pay for. So I asked Mike to adjust the price, however he adjusted the price one of the promotions only but I let it slide. After that when he was making my order, he made racist remarks about Chinese. I'm Asian, but I'm not Chinese but this feels like he was making these remarks towards me. This is very racist and disrespectful. I would love to get in touch with the manager to talk about this issue.

        Customer service is not the priority there. 3 cashiers on the counter. 1 waiting on customers, 1 on their cellphone and 1 counting out their drawer. 3 registers available. Line was curved to the back of the store. Coffee and fountain drink area was a complete mess. Employees didnt want to be there and we could all tell.

        Dude closed the store and is sleeping in back to soak up hours and not work. Legit just stared mean mugging me through the glass like bruh
