The gentleman answered my phone call with a mumble , i was unable to hear him , so requested that he please repeat his greeting . I wanted to ensure I had the correct # . With a sigh and a Huff he repeated his name ,not the business name . He was very irritated. So much so I declined continuing the conversation. Dont think this is a business is a match for my resume that will determine my future. Not impressed .

Steve was absolutely a joy to work with. The way he approaches resume creation invloves asking questions that made me think and take my time to answer. Upon providing that information he and the team were able to create a concise and well constructed resume and cover letter that I still keep reading and asking myself "This is me?". I would never have been able to eloquently describe my accomplishments in my life and career. If I called or e-mailed, Steve was always able to answer and respond in minimal time. I appreciate the professionalism and creativity he and the team put into this and I recommend their skills highly.
