        Could not get the pilot to light on a water heater they installed a few years ago. I spoke to the receptionist explaining and saying maybe it's under warranty since it say "6 year warranty" on it. They show up at my house unprompted (got a text 2 min before), the worker is there maybe 5-10 minutes. I'm thinking it was a free job since they installed it (I know, probably foolish) but then he says its $278, no communication about the cost or that they were even coming over. When I spoke with the manager he was quite rude about it. "What do you think a plumbers going to come over your house for free?". He did reduce the price to $228 but I still felt blindsided and gouged. No communication or professionalism.

        Met with Mike to discuss installing a new 45 gallon SuperStor, expansion and domestic expansion tank heating/hot water system. Not only did they do an exceptional job installing the system at a very competitive price, it was their personal and professional commitment to ensuring their customer was fully satisfied throughout the entire process. Their goal to impress definitely stood out to us. Mike even went above and beyond to troubleshoot a continuous banging pipe issue that recently arose... that was keeping us up at night. He brought in the big guns (Tim - owner) to assist with the issue. Could see right away where the professionalism comes from. Tim, your crew Mike, Josh, and Andrew are phenomenal and extremely courteous,! Entire experience was exceptional. 5 star service! Highly recommend Presidential Heating and Plumbing!
