This office upon arriving autocratically and harshly dictates that you must wear a mask. In the same breath they tell you they cannot provide you a mask. They reach into the mask box and provide a mask to only the patient, I was accompanying my husband to his visit. This office also does not entertain medical exemptions which may be a violation of the law.I wonder how much federal money this office received and why are they not behaving like so many other doctors offices that provide masks when they mandate them.

Today was finally my first visit with Dr. Parseghian after waiting months for an appointment. I have to say it was well worth the wait. I absolutely love loved Dr. Parseghians personality. My appt was for 4:30 and upon arriving I was greeted by the receptionist by my first name without even checking in yet or ever being there. Dr. Parseghian sat with me for about 45 min to an hour answering every question I had in layman's terms explaining everything I needed to do especially with my weight. I myself don't take anything personally and sometimes the truth is hard to take for some people. I appreciated all the advice and suggestions he had and did not get upset while he gave me the hard truth but it was given in a pleasant manner. The only draw back I had is I'm sad I don't have to go back to see him lol unless absolutely necessary. I was looking forward to my visit with Dr. Cecilia Larson and had waited 2 months for my appointment....only to be extremely disappointed. As she entered the room, she was not warm nor friendly, she seemed bothered from the start. We started discussing my medical history in regards to my hypothyroidism. As I'm explaining to her how I felt before I was initially diagnosed by reproductive endocrinologist, I was immediately dismissed by her telling me that "data shows" you don't have any symptoms of hypothyroidism unless it's 10 and above. She also stated I must have had something else going on. I did not. All my labs and health are impeccable, except for my hypothyroidism. She also stated I was "anecdotal." Which was insulting because she is basically saying that how I'm feeling is based on personal accounts rather than facts or research. Last time I checked, it's my body and I know how I'm feeling so that is considered a personal account Everyone's body is different. She strictly stated she only goes by data. That is not helpful to the patient at all who is coming to you for some type of resolution. She became argumentative with me to the point I had to end the appointment with her and made her aware she was being rude and very unprofessional. I called back a couple of hours later and spoke with the practice manager who was not very helpful at all. She instead offer me to go back and see the other provider. I would never go back there given the horrendous experience I had. I had to give at least one star to leave a review. However, due to my experience, I would say it's -10 on a scale if 1-10.
