I was referred to Clarissa at Yarjan Insurance by a friend of mine, Cheressa. I had previously been insured with Geico for YEARS, as a loyal customer. In just the last 3 months my insurance rates have gone up 3 times for no valid reason, which meant it was time to switch. I called Clarissa and she got back to me so quickly and answered all my questions. She explained things that I have never been explained before, and let me know my previous agent was under-insuring me. I feel as though I am getting outstanding coverage, with an even better rate. She also made sure to offer me various discounts, and road rewards. Upon my exit, she even offered my pens and a new calendar. These people really care about you and want you to not get screwed by big fancy verbiage and numbers we dont know about! Very upfront and direct! I am still in the parking lot but I needed to write this review! I am so impressed and so grateful to have found Yarjan Insurance.

I cant believe how rude and unprofessional the gentleman was when discussing insurance options. Tried to give to a small business but now I will never do business with these people.

Very customer-oriented insurance agency. They try hard to find the best rate available. They are honest and straightforward, no surprises. They are very nice people on top.
