Norma treated my under eye bags with scarlet and Agnes sessions and I am very happy with my results. I had Agnes RF for under eyes at this place about 3-4 years ago.the worst experience of my life. I still have bags under my eyes but the worst part is she left a big tunnel mark so my bags are more noticeable The picture below is with make up on my face. Theres no hiding it.
