Brought my GF here to get some Macarons (for her Birthday. I bought some cookies and a couple of drinks. We left the shop, my GF decided to try one of the Macarons it was stale! She tried the other 3 they were also stale! My GF contacted them VIA messaging on Facebook, they never even acknowledged her message! We weren't looking for replacements or a free whatever, we were hoping they wouldn't sell them to anyone else. We never will go back! A quick message of acknowledgment was all we were looking for.

A great little French bakery right on main st in Stockbridge Massachusetts. The almond croissant and the gluten free chocolate pistachio cupcakes are delicious. Nice place to sit outside. No indoor seating. The raspberry lemon macaroons were a delight! Parking: Plenty of parking on the street, paid Kid-friendliness: The kids will find lots of goodies here Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in easy out

Business Response on Google Apr 4th, 2024
Hi Stephen, I’m so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience! I thought we addressed this issue in person with her so there was no need to respond to the message. To clarify, macarons do not go stale like most bakery items because they “ripen” as the shells absorb the moisture of the filling overnight and we sell every batch within one or two days of making them. For any future issue the shop phone number on this page is the best way to contact us.
