I had the need to replace a 34 year old sewage pump in my basement recently. Im a retired DIYer, but initially thought Id hire a plumber or electrician for this job. I looked for replacement parts and found this company, as they were a dealer for the original pump manufacturer. My project wasnt a simple one, as it required replication of a basin top and replacement of the old pump and level control. Plumbers and electricians either shied away from the project or timing was delayed. I shopped around a bit for parts and received various costly quotes for the equipment needed. But the team at Groundwater (Samantha, Eddie and Diane) came to my rescue. They were very pleasant to work with on the phone, and extremely responsive. They had all the parts I needed. I ultimately drove to their shop to expedite things before a holiday weekend. While I was there, Eddie talked me through what I needed to do to complete the installation. He brainstormed with me and was very thorough. I cant tell you how much I appreciated his support and customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of these types of products and services. Top notch.
