        Last week, Early morning stove and heater stopped working due to gas not delivered to house even though thank is 60 full. Called the office and explained my problem . Technician came to house and repaired the defective valve within an hour. Very professional Technician. Thank you John and Lane for taking care of the issue right away.

        Cannot say enough bad things about this company. Ive been with them for 10 years. On auto delivery. Payed their ridiculously high fuel prices. Now theyre trying to nail us for $100 for not using enough propane in 1yr. They are more than double the price per gallon of every last one of their competitors. I wish I could give zero stars honestly. If you have a choice in who you use, I would avoid osterman at all costs.

        Would give 0 stars if I could. I cancelled my service in December; it's now April and they have not yet come to retrieve their tank despite many phone calls and promises to do so. Three times I have scheduled a pickup and they have simply not shown up with no attempt to contact me first. I honestly don't know what to do. Small claims court? I can't physically move the tank myself....
