U-Haul Moving & Storage of Springfield

I rented a truck Monday February 5, 2024 and the young kid that serve me was great but U-Haul itself rob me for an extra $75 on top of what I already have paid then I have to go through everybody just to try to get my payment

Front desk ladY was reallY nice and informative. Also drop off was super easy. All employees at this location was so welcoming ..Will be renting another one very soon . Ty ! .

Rental for 4 hours. Went there at time to rent. Waited in line 20 minutes. Was told that ate up my rental time and still had to be back 4 hours from original time. Hard pass.

They never answer their phones only a computer machine which you can not ask questions smh

I had a hitch installed last weekend, this entire process has been a nightmare for me and my family! When I got there, they told me it would take 2 1/2 hours before they could get to me so I left and came back, then they said it would take another hour so I left and I came back again and then they said it would take probably another half hour And then a young man installed my hitch, I picked up a 5 x 8 trailer this morning and took it to my house To realize that an entire half of the hitch wasnt even connected to the frame of my vehicle, it is hanging off of my car as we speak, and roadside assistance, could not repair it!!!!! There is possible damage to my vehicle, I cant get to where I was supposed to go, theyre telling me there is nothing they can do, I sat in the parking lot trying not to just cry. This should have never happened! UPDATE: U-Haul Springfield would not make repairs or assist me, they told me to pay a mechanic at an auto body shop to weld the hitch!!!! U-Haul Manchester and Roadside Asst took over and they are currently installing my hitch the right way now!
