I recommend United Ag & Turf(Springfield location) for purchasing a new lawn mower. I was eyeing a new John Deere x350 and wasnt sure how fast the and straightforward the process would be . I requested an order and had the tractor delivered to my address in just a few days. I was impressed on how fast the process to delivery time was. Olivia from the sales department was very helpful and responsive. I found a clamp missing next to the seat and they had the part shipped out to me hassle free with no cost . Overall 10/10 experience!

First of all, what a great dealership here with a professional crew that works here, and I will mention one by name who made my purchasing experience go exceptionally well, and that is Olivia Morin she steered me through the buying process on my first zero turn lawn mower model Z330r with a 48-inch mowing deck and did it without a glitch Olivia is a professional at getting this purchase complete from the beginning process right down to the delivery to your house all I can say is that I had a very bad experience with Ellington Agway and Olivia came to my rescue and got me the zero turn mower that I wanted and in a timely manner Olivia thanks a bunch for the great service and if anyone out here wants any John Deere products go see Olivia or contact her online and you will be in the best hands possible for a great purchasing experience here at this United AG & Turf dealership on Page Blvd. Springfield, Massachusetts, thanks again, Olivia, and have a great day
