I'm trying to get my MRI test Results to make a follow up appointment. For two days I've waited on hold and no one picks up even after waiting for 12 min. My next step is walking into the office. They do not answer emails or messages through their website either. Thumbs down!

Dang I wish I would have read some reviews and did more research on Dr. Robert Ebstiener before I had him do surgery. I needed to have some polyps removed. I could clearly see the polyps using my phone light as it was getting harder to breathe because they were so big. On my first visit he looked with his light and said he didnt see anything. That probably should have been my first clue. He used a scope and said he did see some polyps. We tried all the meds which didnt help. Then we moved on to surgery. Huuuuuggggeeee mistake! I had set up my surgery for Sept 6, 2023. Its now 6 months later and Im in way worse shape than on my first visit. Its been 6 months and I cant breathe again and the polyps are back to the regular size as when I went and had the surgery. Not only this BUT when I had the surgery, he caused me to have Trigeminal neuralgia. After he kept telling me it was a sinus infection and just kept giving me antibiotics, then he finally realized this. He told me they dont deal with nerve pain to go to my pcp and have them give me gabbapenten. I called my pcp and she said it was stupid that he would not prescribe me something to begin with however its good I called my pcp because any Dr. should know that there is only one medication that treats trigaminal neuralgia. I will
Now need to be on anti seizure meds the rest of my life. This disorder causes my entire right side of my face to be in extreme pain. I wake up from the pain sometimes and its unbearable. I would not go to this Dr. if I were you.

They are awful. Receptionists are horribly rude, they don't call to schedule referrals as they should. One receptionist was so incredibly rude , wouldn't provide her name when I asked, and then just hung up on me. I called many times to relay my experience to the office manager Erica Duggan but she couldn't be bothered to call me back. It seems like lousy service and disrespect are the norm at this office. It is painfully obvious why they are only rated 2 stars.
