        She was the most unwelcoming, unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. I expressed concerns to her and she was very rude and even sarcastic asking me if I wanted her to go back and undo the surgery. I would like for someone from the admin department of BAYSTATE hospital surgery department to contact me ASAP
