Mark Alan Jackowitz, M.D.

Dr. Jackowitz is absolutely the best. Apart from being an excellent doctor, he's thorough, listens to you, anticipates and answers all of your questions and has a kind, compassionate manner. He's calming and makes the eye exam feel like a breeze, talking you right through each step of the process (this was especially helpful because I was nervous.) The staff is also absolutely wonderful. The office and staff (Springfield Eye Associates) makes you feel so comfortable, especially with their awesome standards due to the pandemic. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel safe, comfortable and listened to. I've never seen a staff anywhere that's so dialed-in regarding patient comfort! I highly recommend Dr. jackowitz and staff.

I like the drBUT when you get charged for an eye refraction test that is the core of your COVERED eye exam I consider it a ripoff. I am going back to my previous eye Dr.
