        Went to get my nails refilled and the rude man in the front turned me away saying only pedicure was available my real nails was destroyed on my last visit where water got underneath them. I will never go back! Highly disappointed

        I love Cathys Nails and Spa! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They provide lots of other services besides mani and pedis although the pedicure I just had was the best ever! I also love how elegant it looks inside. This is definitely a salon I will visit frequently!

        They charged me $80 per gel for my 7 year old girl because they supposedly would last longer and the next day the entire polish was gone

      Hi good morning, this is cathy, I heard the manager Steve, said you come 6:45 you want to get 2 service done fill and pedicure take almost 3 hour to finish your nails if you want both done, our nail store close at 7:30. We accept one service, either do the pedicure or hand but the people do the nails they all busy that time you already see that too , you can have pedicure done and you can come back tomorrow for your nails why you have give me 2 stars for not stay up late till midnight, doesn’t make sense sorry to you, hope you understand,

      Hi this is cathy, im so sorry to hear that , if anything happen you should come back we will take care of that, you have to said clearly you let your daughter get what kind pedicure and both gel color is it cost moreEveryone aks the price before get service done, customer excepted we service what you like,hope you understand thank you
