        This store is an embarrassment to the Sonic name. Just took 30 minutes to pick up an order we placed online and it was still wrong (not the first time they have missed something on our small order of 6 items either). And you can not easily talk to anyone, they are not using the car hops and won't let you go inside. This store needs a management change desperately

        The worst sonic. They never have what you want, they take forever and youll wait in the drive thru line forever. Their app is always down so forget it if you want the half off deal and they will not honor any discount knowing their apps are down. Overall every time I go here it is a terrible experience. New owners or something please
