Preferred Behavioral Health

The office is unprofessional and cannot stay on track with appts. I have a young adult who is in need of therapy, but needs it consistently, and this office was not able to provide that. No one sitting at the front desk to assist you. I showed up for more than 1 appt that was either made incorrectly by them or canceled and I wasnt notified. The therapist that saw us (once) was great but i was told she no longer worked there, and person who did our intake really handled my nephew and his needs well.
