Arthritis Treatment Center

My mother has been a patient at this practice for years, I love how friendly and kind the staff is ( my personal favorite are the new faces theyve hired)- they really take the time and treat my mother and I with kindness unlike the older receptionist Ive seen for years. So I wanna take the time to show my appreciation for Julia, maddy and Jocelyn. Its hard to find younger mature and smart workers with a nice attitude and a good work ethic! So whoever is hiring keep up the good work. These girls work hard and really make our experience worth while. And also thank you to my mothers amazing nurse Susanne- the absolute sweetest lady ! The nurse and staff nice only met one doctor and he was a joke I have edited my review and save it incase they dont follow tru i have been scheduled a new doctor and appointment i hope soon i will be free of pain ill update when i have seen new doctor

I've seen Dr. Griger twice for a "trigger" finger as well as to discuss areas of arthritis in my hip and back. He asks great questions, listens and provides guidance. He is very personable and pleasant to see. His nurse is absolutely wonderful too. Very happy with the entire experience. Thank you.

I was very apprehensive about this place because of the many negative reviews, but my experience was thoroughly positive. Everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. The nurse and doctor took their time, asked good questions, and were most supportive. The phlebotomist and X-ray tech were cheerful and friendly. I wont try to explain the negative reviews. Things do happen and folks may well complain. But I suggest that those reviews are not a reason to avoid going to this place.

Absolutely horrible. Took months to get an appointment which was cancelled and rescheduled several times. When I got the appointment they were very uncommunicative on follow-up. So I finally got a follow up appointment to actually discuss my results and got the typical well youre young response with NO explanation of the testing done, the results, what they meant, or why it ran counter to what multiple doctors had told me before. And now despite having insurance and paying the bill, I keep getting more bills in the mail for different amounts and no explanation of why Im getting them when Ive asked. I feel like I waited through years of the pandemic to FINALLY see the specialist all my doctors have been telling me I need to see and when I got there, I essentially got a meh and a bill. What joke.
