Been coming here since I was a teen. Unfortunately the service has plummeted as well as the care for certain patients. Secretary staff and answering service is horrible; they think they are the doctors now and instead of calling back to make appointments they call you back to tell you what the doctor WONT DO. I havent even seen my own doctor, but new PAs and PA-Cs ( excluding Lori Tilden Smith) who prescribed me meds that I am strictly allergic to (and it is in my file). They do not listen to the patient and are quick to dismiss what is ailing you. I am highly disappointed and have NEVER felt so pushed aside. I will be looking elsewhere; I do not feel taken care or cared about here anymore.

The professionals here have helped me immensely to improve my health in ways I cannot describe when I was ready for a change. A huge shoutout to Victor, Dr. Jorey, Lynn, and the rest of the staff. Best primary care practice I have ever had the honor of being seen by. Thank you.

Poor customer service. The support team behind the doctors are sub par. You can never talk to a live person. Referrals take 3 weeks to get and all the information on them are incomplete. No one calls you back. They take almost a week to respond to prescription refill request ask for by the pharmacy. The care you get from the doctors is great. No issues there. But don't leave the office without the referral or prescription in hand. The options in their phone system allows you to only leave a message.They never return your call within 24-48 hours as they state on their message.
