Never even got my appointment... Was called by a nurse asking me what I wanted... Then got a call back later saying yes there's nothing we can do for you.... I had the appointment with the Dr made why couldn't I talk to the Dr why was I just dismissed and treated like I didn't matter at all.... That and the place seems to be run like a disorganized mess.... Stay away they don't even want to help you they just treat you like you're bothering them

My primary doc sent a referral in to the pain center for me. It took me a month to get a first time intake phone appt. 10 seconds into the call the nurse tells me I'm not a good fit as they are not a prescribing pain clinic nor do they diagnose. I have no idea what she was talking about. I am in severe pain, scoliosis, spondylosis, herniated discs and possible spondilytis, with severe back spasms. They refused to take me on as a patient for what reason? 2 minutes into the conversation, the phone makes a weird sound and I'm disconnected. She never calls back..that's it...no doctor for me, no help, severe pain, and self help...no wonder why people self medicate. I'm not there yet..Just home suffering in my retirement. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Dr Mani as well as the medical staff who always assist in my cervical spine steroid injections are very caring, they walj me through every step even when getting my procedure. The office always follows up to make sure I am well. One visit I was in tears due to other unrelated symptoms that seemed to point to either RA, PSA, or Lupus. I wasn't looking for a diagnosis, simply to have a Doctor who actually cared, to listen and at least tell me I wasn't going crazy. I had been failed by many er visits and specialists up to this point. Dr Mani took the time to listen to my history of symptoms (as it worked out one visit I was in a "flare") he re assured me that something was definitely going on. Based on a doctor simply giving his time to me, I reached out to Tufts and eventually made my journey to Tufts Rheumatology. I do have cervical spinal stenosis, and have since been diagnosed with Lupus(unrelated). Thank you so much Dr Mani. You are definitely one of the good ones!
