        No working fitness room which was advertised on Expedia. They wanted me to call Expedia for a refund rather than helping me with it. I ended up staying as a storm was coming through and I didn't want to deal with the hassle. The room was clean but the ice machine didn't work and no one was in the office to respond to that. Breakfast was late to open, stale bread, old fruit and prepackaged muffins.

        Couldn't make it to the hotel due to family emergency. Called Expedia to negotiate a re-booking or credit, was denied. Will never do business with this company again.
