my worker comes 2 times a week but paid for 7! anytime I need her after Tuesday she is unavailable to me and I need someone who is going to help me no matter what day it is. when I ask her for help Thursday or Friday it's a fight that I always lose. will be calling tomorrow to get someone that will do their job.

I'm incredibly upset as an employee from here. I take care of my mother and have been with this place for more than 5 years and I can't believe I stayed this long. No one knows what they are doing and no one actually does their job, but they talk to you so disrespectfully and scold you like you are their family member orsomething! The disrespect and the harassment is so insane I had to start recording our phone calls! My mom was neglected in so many situations and then they play it off and try to run around and find solutions to cover their a**** because the majority of what they do is neglect and highly illegal. I have to always FIGHT and fight and fight for my mothers medications, appointments, supplies, just for her care! My daughter was the one who heard the conversation on the phone and encouraged me to report them because I am honestly used to how they function but it truly is not normal or professional. Please PLEASE stay away from this office if you love your family. I'm going to be reporting the belitting comments they yell at you and I can't believe how they are so hostile and talk to you so rudly. One example was just now that pushed me to write this review and further report, was that I was told "are you her daughter or what act like it" when I'm trying to fix their mess on my mothers medications which was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, now they're saying they don't know why there is no sign of any sign of her medication and don't know what to do. I always am trying to fix their incompetence and they will belittle you when you expose them. It's insane. Also they withhold your paycheck, in the five years I've worked here it happens every other week or so and I'm reporting.
