So unprofessional people work here as a call receptionist!!Did you hear about the ethical behavior? It is very disappointed how we as a clients are treated. I was shocked how some individuals acting You guys, need to evaluate your employees that represent your first impression about you providing services. Just disgusting.

Just called inquiring about eye exam services, and the woman answering the phone was as rude and impatient as a person could possibly be. It doesnt cost anything extra to be a decent person, but apparently thats not possible here. Im sure the doctors are fine but they should understand their reception desk seems to hate people and resent doing their job. They also only take one type of insurance and if you dont have that, and have other insurance, they wont help you or treat you, even out of pocket. To the receptionist I spoke to at 2:38pm on 6/27/23, you should reflect on what you do for a living. You were rude for no reason, and you impacted my day in a terrible way. Your job is to work with people, please try it sometime. I really want to wish you a terrible day, but I wont. Please consider reflecting on how you treat people. By the other reviews Im seeing, this clearly isnt the first time this reception desk has been rude for no reason. Be better!
