DO NOT WORK HERE!!! This company is trash and could careless about there employees. They are overworked and treated like garbage. My best advice would be not to have employment here, you will be treated like garbage and almost anyone who works here leaves within a 6 month period. Managers don’t come in and don’t do anything while they are here. This place needs a better person in charge, and someone who actually appreciates there employees. And every holiday there is no bonus or anything along those lines the most you get is pizza and if your 3rd shift you get nothing at all. But don’t worry if your a manager or supervisor you get a big Christmas party. And if you are an employee here or thinking about applying or getting a job here RUN. You can definitely find something better. I should also mention that you probably wouldn’t plan on getting a pay raise either that doesn’t happen here, you will make the same pay you start off with which is min wage. There are people who worked at this company for 20+ years making the same amount they started with. They will work you down to the bone, and disrespect you and treat you horrible. You can’t trust anyone here. The cleaning lady doesn’t even do her job correctly, place is still dirty and she does nothing but talk all the time. They never have a enough drivers, because they always end up leaving within a few months, they always end up calling someone from the kitchen on there day off to come in. So if you work here, be prepared to be treated horrible, expect to have no future here or raise. Christmas parties are only for managers and and they give out thousands of dollars to mangers and people who only work twice a week pretty much, and actual employees only get food THATS IT! No matter how long you have been here. “Pete” and “Tom” are the worst!!! They will speak behind your back and not to your face and have there supervisors do it for them. They are the reason this company is turning into garabage.. either someone fixes it and gets rid of those 2 or I’m reporting this business and getting it shut down for good!!!
