        Angela Winslow was truly an angel for me the day I saw her. I had been in a major car accident recently and it took everything I had in me to get to the Springfield office. The office had just 15 minutes prior closed for the day. Angela let me in. She helped me with what I needed and stayed an extra 45 minutes for me. It meant so much to me because I was there with numerous fractures and she didnt even have to stay, but she did. I stay with UMASS because of all of the amazing staff like Angela. The exceptional service here cannot be matched. Thank you Angela, Catherine Reynolds
