After paying in full I was called up and when I return the phone call all I got was condescending word salad and nothing else.I asked very clearly if sitting on my money until I sort it out some other stuff that's going on in my life was a big problem and apparently it is. so they decided to send me through their refund process I guess we'll see how that goes?
based on everything I've been able to find out about them I'm not expecting it to go well. I hope I'm wrong.
