Museum Park Apartments

I called last week about available apartments and spoke with Jazz and came down today to drop off my application and check out the building. I'd like to say that I was impressed. Jazz was friendly and professional on the phone and even more so in person. The building looked very clean. Jazz showed me around and answered any questions that I had. I noticed that the building had good air quality with good ventilation. Unlike some buildings that are hot and stuffy. While there I also met some of the residents in the hallways whom I struck up conversations with and I thought would be friendly neighbors. I'm hoping that very soon I can start calling Museum Park Apartments home.

Let me start off by saying Jazzmarie is amazing,I don't know what time of day these reviews were written but something is Terrible wrong. I moved in when the manager was Cathy very well respected Women.Who passed away. Now we have a New Manager who is not available or afraid to deal with tenants issues. It's a Prison No furniture in the community room for a Few years now. 1st floor bathroom was taken away from tenants and now belongs to the management staff .Tenants hangout in front of the building, sitting on top of the beautiful plants . Anybody and everybody lives here section 8 is all you need. I live next door to someone is disturb, if he doesn't take his medication I don't get any sleep. There are tenants living in this apartment building with up to 15 oxygen tanks in there apartment. It's a matter of time before the building goes up in flame. Many live on the top floors, if a fire breaks out..wow Does anyone care ,the windows in the hallway are are all boarded up with Wood and painted. Bathroom windows are missing in several apartments. If you look Up from outside you can see them,however they don't exist. Tenants have had they're Cars towed by security and had to pay 300 Dollars to get they're car back. They say that we have a computer room we don't. Where are the computers located and we Can't get in the room. The gym use to be open all the time now you have to find someone who has a key. The Laundry room is a joke,Our building Manager took it upon her self to change the days and times when we could wash. Only Monday thru Friday 8am to 10pm Security hours were cut short..I have asked Several times for tenant meetings,never happen .This building is drug infested homeless people sleep in hallways. Drug addicted tenants taken over the building. This building is filthy, hire a cleaning company..There is one guy trying to do something, it's not working. Give us some respect, notices arrive less than 24hours Talking about they get in your apartment for one thing or another. Is anyone listening Management isn't. Let me start off by saying, I have no problem with you calling me, Phyllis however I'm not aware of yours ... Mr.Owner of Museum Park apartments in Springfield, ma..I would love to see you in Person and take a tour of your property with you. Since my review 3 weeks ago, I've noticed that the community room is being setup a dining room..we are missing the TV and the couch that was promised to us. The machines don't work well in the laundry room, they are always broken. We need a cleaning company to clean up using products that work.We have a Bedbug situation in several apartments that needs to be address and roaches as well. Management,needs to care,things are out of control. Tenants are moving out left and right..We need action and not words with nothing to back it up with. Mr. Owner some things needs to happen, a New year is coming... Today is December 18th 2023,Bedbugs taken over the 6th floor someone in the Management office..decided to call a company in to remove furniture from a apartment that hasn't been sprayed for Bedbugs..I spoke with my neighbor he informed me that he had them 4 more than a year..and he told Management. He also stated that he was living on the Street for 2months because of the Bedbugs. He suffers from mental health issues. He thought if give the Bedbugs sometime they would leave. When he returned they multiplied. Dear owner, this situation is out of control Residents aren't being heard..now the Bedbugs will be moving in Museum Park apartments because the bags carrying the Bedbugs aren't dead.

I am a resident of this place, I have problems with my Amazon packages, etc. The reason is that the utilities that they say in their contract sheet are not being fulfilled, everything they mention, such as the gym being locked at all times. It has a computer room, come Let's see if they can find any in the designated area. It has a residents' meeting room, in that place they have package delivery lockers. It is locked at all times and cannot be used for the purpose of sharing with other residents. The office looks like a prison, it's dark all the time, they don't answer the phone and the curtains are closed all the time. Rarely is there anyone there because the employees are conspicuous by their absence and when you need the maintenance staff they place the order out of courtesy because They take a long time to fix your need. This is very inconvenient and annoying because one keeps their rent up to date but they are late for the services that are needed. If they read the contract they are failing to comply with the supposed facilities. I hope someone reads this and takes action. in the matter because I have especially had many problems with the package delivery lockers. Thank you
