The worst eye place!! on top of never having a good experience at my yearly visits the staff is hit or miss with how nicely you are treated, last week I called in the morning to order contacts because online wasnt working, took them til the next day to get back to me and it was with a text asking how many I needed I texted them back got no response, its been a week and still no response on whether they ordered them or not, called again today now they are on vacation, definitely in the process of finding a new eye place

The office was very accommodating to send my sons prescription sunglasses to the Worcester office because it is closer to drive to. Everyone was great and he didnt wait at all to see Dr. Thamel.

I have gone here for years. Sadly I had gone through a rough patch and had missed a few appointments. When I spoke to them a year ago, they informed me due to my no shows that I would be put on a list and when a cancellation occurs I'd be called and offered the appointment. After a year of not hearing anything(But I continue to get letters and emails to schedule my exam), I called today to schedule and I was VERY rudely told I cost the office this much money, and I am expected to call EVERY DAY until a cancellation happens , and given the complete run around. Absolutely no desire to help me schedule an appointment (its been years since these "no-shows). The receptionist was one of the rudest I have encountered in quite awhile. Will strongly be advising people not to be seen here.
