    Sweet Scapes acted like a well known oiled machine! The very first day we did a walkthrough confirming what needed to be done. I stayed home the first day for just in case. They went about their business with no questions. The rest of the time I was not home. I had several trees taken down and a lot of bushes that needed to be cut back. The removed everything. Very pleased with the work that they did and would have them back as needed.

    I called this company for a tree estimate and when he arrived we discussed business of the trees i wanted to have removed and while the owner Brian was leaving my property he side swiped my other vehicle that was in the driveway and up until now he still has not resolved the damage. I hope he treats his paying customers better than customers who want estimates...will never hire unaccountable businesses to work on my property. ESPECIALLY THiS ONE ...NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS AT ALL. Hope he dont drop a tree on your house . Update regarding my previous review....Brian has contacted me several times and has asked me to amend my review BUT here it is 1 year later and my vehicle still is no fixed from him side swiping it from when I requested a estimate for work I was curious about having him do but had second thoughts after all this issue....I contacted the body shop on numerous times and the insurance company had never sent the check and then I receive a letter requesting my personal information for the insurance company to send me a check and I fill it out other than my social security number with a request for them to contact me and I will provide any information that is needed to ginish this situation but I still have not received a call or inquiry from Brian's insurance Company. I don't blame Brian for his insurance company delays but I do blame him for delaying the issue from the beginning. REVIEW AMENDED ON 11/20/23

After months of waiting for your responses/quotes from auto body shops, additional months awaited for your "amended review", and additional months of insurance waiting for your information (even though they deemed us not responsible and told us we did not have to proceed with your claim) - I feel as though I have no choice but to address this with the truth of the matter. From the very beginning of this, we never believed that we could have possibly hit your vehicle. The truck was never in such a position to touch the front bumper of your car at any point. But, we went ahead and decided to proceed with insurance to investigate the matter further after back and forth deliberation. We truthfully felt put against a wall because of how you handled things and of course no company likes such poor reviews, especially when it's not what actually happened. It leaves businesses few options because Google does not exactly handle such issues, despite all the efforts to bring the truth to their attention.The problems truly arose when we were not willing to give you money directly in light of the bill stating "all the damage caused." If after leaving it up to our insurance company, they then somehow deemed your inflated claim true, we were going to do what's necessary. But, we are talking about an alleged "side swipe" (a scuff of white paint on the front bumper that could be easily buffed out and/or painted), not the extensive front end damage you claimed after the fact. The problems continued from there on out when we realized you weren't willing to actually go through insurance after many months of you holding this up and leading us to believe it was all set.This has been nothing more than your refusal to accept payment by providing necessary information to get your car fixed. We have tried several times from the beginning to resolve this matter. We even offered to go to the auto body shop you chose to take care of this matter in person to get this resolved due to what you said was the delay, but you refused and discouraged us to do so. I will reiterate at this time, that we never were found responsible and advised not to proceed, but were still willing to pay for your damages in good faith that somehow unbeknownst to us we could have caused the scuff marks on your car while never being near it.The only true person here who will not take accountability for their actions here is you, but unfortunately we have to take the heat here and publicly address this when we tried to handle this matter with you privately. We have and always have had good insurance for our company for the close to 10 years we've operated in the second business we have owned and operated. Your "review of your experience" is not only untrue, but it is unjust and will (and Im sure has) lead people to believe that we could not and would not take responsibility when things happen. That could not be further from the truth and for instances like this, we have to leave it up to the justice system to handle these things directly. Matters such as this should not have had to be pursued legally, but that seems the only way we will have to put forth all of the evidence in this matter, which we would certainly not publish online out of respect.
