        I like how they kept the hallways updated retro in the style that the school always had with the lockers and all but they did a great job overall with the remodel

        Seriously-have you seen this place? Gorgeous. Great Staff. Every possible luxury. Modern. Movie theater, clubhouse, library, yoga, full gym. Maintenance is responsive. Office is very helpful. Everything is basically included. Residents are nice. My neighbors are great. I think this is the best property in town. All Winn property that Im familiar with- are really impressive. Im happy to reside at Wells Residence! You would be too!

        Ive called them 4-5 times regarding a rental for my elderly mother and left messages. I havent received as much as one call back. Tremendous lack of courtesy.
