It was the cheapest motel we could find on the Cape Cod, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was nice, the hostel provided us with towels and soaps, and clean sheets, bed was comfortable. There was no weird smell. The beach is super close and a great restaurant is just behind the corner. Wifi worked perfectly. We definitely recommend this place! You can get there even by a bus for $1 from Hyannis Transportation Centre.

Very good location (close to the beach and groceries)
Very clean rooms
Comfortable beds
Extremely good reception service
Nicely priced rooms (with a kitchen or no kitchen)
Early morning noises from service vehicles are coming from the restaurant across the street.

My family of 4 needed last-minute accomodations on the weekend after July 4th, not an easy task! We searched based on Price & found this gem. Location is fantastic, rooms are functional, staff is great. AC would be nice but they have fans & will bring more if you need them. The center rec /pool area has picnic tables outside the rooms & there are shared grills available. Definitely returning next time we head to The Cape.
