        This bank does not deserve any stars. After speaking with the main branch and the manager at the S.Hadley location my issue was not addressed. Any bank that allows a teller Robyn to discriminate against a 91 year old woman is prejudice. In addition to refusing to serve me on multiple occasions by walking away. I am sure your cameras can verify that. I closed my account in disgust after the last time she walked away to hide in another room.
