I highly recommend Careys Flowers!! I had a beautiful delivery done on Valentines Day from my wife that she arranged with Careys flowers. The delivery person was so nice and made it extra special when he knocked on the door holding the 2 arrangements and plant! My wife told me Dawn was extra helpful over the phone helping her decide the best plant and rose arrangement for me! They even designed a cute basket for our daughters! I just wanted to thank Careys flowers for making Valentines Day extra special this year for myself and my girls! Also Id love to mention, a full week after the delivery and these roses still look absolutely stunning!

I can't say enough about this florist - their customer service is above and beyond!!! I called to place an order for a gift basket for my mom-in-law and we discussed what to put in it over the phone. A little while later, I got a phone call from the florist stating they were out of one of the items, but wanted to add a different item, which cost more, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I said perfect! Then I got another call a bit later and he told me the original item I had ordered came in their shipment today and he was also going to include that at NO CHARGE! I couldn't believe my ears - in a world where most businesses give the bare minimum of customer service, this business went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I'm from the south and I'm used to good hospitality and pretty good customer service, but Carey's Flowers outdid the south on this one! If you're looking for a florist that has quality flowers/gifts and quality customer service - look no further, because on the odd chance they make a mistake or can't fulfill your exact request, they'll make it right!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH from San Antonio, TX!!!!!!!
