Had a positive experience here renting a moving van. Eric was efficient and thorough! Top notch customer service from when I first called to confirm the rental to driving it off the lot. The back door was jammed shortly after I picked it up and Eric was really helpful. He talked me through getting the back door closed and exchanged the van.
