      • Dean Yarsites

        Needed a basic iron rail for concrete stairs. Al came out to measure and we agreed on a price. The railing I picked up looked nice, but was about 3' shorter than the length of the stairway and didn't even reach the top step. When I called to figure how to fix it I was told "not my fault" before I even said what was wrong with it. In addition to being accused of lying and hearing every vulgar word there is, I was given every excuse in the book, and it was made very clear there was nothing he was going to do about it. Now I'm out the $ I spent on a railing that doesn't fit and have to pay another company to do it the right way.
