        Working out of a rented home in a residential area. This place is definitely sketchy! I had my toro lawn mower repaired by them and it never ran right after a few weeks. They are overpriced and dont stand behind their repair work. Dont fall victim to this scam repair shop that run out of a rented house!

        Professional, kind and trustworthy. Was willing to steer me in the right direction with my weed wacker instead of trying to rip someone off. For that alone, I just brought my weed wacker and sure enough; Courtney is the real deal. I will bring my tools here and will highly recommend others to do the same.

        Mower wouldnt start. Courtney was available next day and agreed to take a look on the spot. He was courteous, very informative, and provided advice for good upkeep. Incredibly quick turnaround time and fantastic pricing. Would absolutely recommend!

        called 4 days ahead and made an appointment. Price quoted was reasonable and person said could do repair at house. Made appointment for 10:00 AM. I advised that i had the parts. 10:00 came and went no repair guy. have 2 days off in middle of week. I called left several messages during the day. "Are you going to show today or can we reschedule for tomorrow ?" So no call back and no show, wasted my entire day. Sat around all day never got any calls back! Thanks to youtube i was able to do the repair myself. If you cant show ip for an appointment for some reason, I understand things happen, just a simple phone call would have been nice so i didn't waste my entire day off!

      Brockton Guy,I am shocked to see this review as I do not have any appointments scheduled out in the field currently or recently. I am a one person family owned and operated small engine repair company. I am registered with the town of Easton and operate at our shop in downtown Easton, MA. I do not have you scheduled on our books and have not received multiple calls and voice mails. Please check your phone to ensure you called the right company . I usually do not come out in the field as my shop contains all the tools necessary unless it was an emergency or someone was elderly or unable to drive. I offer a pick up service to customers or they can drop off their equipment at a scheduled time. I am interested to know who you spoke with to schedule the appointment.
