Claire and Jim were fabulous to work with. We had been in our house for 31 years and were rusty on the details of selling. They walked us through the process, supporting us every step of the way. Communication was key since we moved out of state before our house went on the market, and our texts, emails and phone calls were always answered, usually within minutes. They not only gave us tons of helpful information, but they listened to us, to our stories of our time in our house and our hopes for the future owners. We always felt comfortable discussing literally anything about the selling process with them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and we HIGHLY recommend them!

Working with Claire was very enjoyable. She made the home searching for my forever home simple and very stress free. She was also very patient, as I had never bought a house and had no clue what I was doing. From putting my offer in to signing the final documents, Claire was a blessing to have by my side.

I cannot say enough good things about Claire Abate. Claire helped my father sell our family home after almost 50 years in that house. She was wonderful: so compassionate, respectful and helpful. I live out of state and was very nervous about my father being taken advantage of. We struck gold with Claire. She truly seemed to care about him as if he were her father. Together with her husband they helped him with small tasks when it came time for showing the house and even brought him a meal. Through it all, Claire was communicating with my brother and I about the process, while being so respectful of my father's feelings. My Dad just loved her. He still talks about her! I would recommend Claire without hesitation! There aren't many people out there who are so genuinely empathetic and kind, truly putting her customer's well being first.
