James at AxcelX is VERY knowledgeable and highly responsive. Their services are extremely reliable where I literally have had no downtime, even when my website is being monitored 24/7 via Pingdom. If there's ever an issue, it's likely a software problem with the website (not the datacenter). I would recommend AxcelX to anyone looking for reliability, performance and uptime! Keep up the great work!!

I've been hosting with Axcelx for a couple of years now. I originally had Bluehost which was very slow, pages would sometimes hardly ever load on my sites. I decided I wanted to switch to a local Boston server host so I ended up going with Axcelx. James and his team have been really on top of server updates and maintenance, my websites load blazing fast and far surpass the speed I experienced with previous hosts. Any issues I've come across are all solved well within 24 hours, I highly recommend Axcelx for hosting!
